BPI doesn't update config on apply configuration

Hello,
i've configured BPI flagging this option:

Sync On Apply Config --> Remove missing hosts and services from all groups.

However, after that i've deleted a service from the CCM and applied the configuration i still see the deleted service in my BPI group... which goes in alarm.
BPI alerts me, as at the top of the page it gets written:

The current BPI config has 1 missing objects. Missing objects will show up as having an UNKNOWN or UNREACHABLE status.

But i would expect to have my BPI configuration aligned with the CCM and without errors.
Log files doesn not report nothing:

$ tail -f /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/bpi.log
BEGIN BPI LOG 1568214288

What do you think about?

I'd like to get a screenshot of all the BPI settings as well a copies of:

/usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/components/bpi.conf
/usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/components/bpi.conf.backup
/usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/bpi.log
/usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/bpi.xml

and a profile from Admin > System Config > System Profile > Download Profile.
