Service status Unknown but i can't remove from Nagios XI

Hi people. I have an Unknown status check but i can't remove from Nagios XI.

For some reason your image didn't attach.

Can you search for the service description in CCM -> Services ?

Can you go to Config -> CCM -> Tools -> Config File Management
Click Delete Files
Click Write config
Click Verify Files

If all looks good, Apply Configuration

If the service still appears, can you run the following and post the results

Code: Select all

ps -ef|grep nagios.cfg
grep "Chequeo de AppPool DespachadorWS" -R /usr/local/nagios/etc
