Ok, so we're still missing the output that we need to troubleshoot this. Can you please re-run the following commands exactly as they are below and post the reconfig.txt file that is created from it?

The nagiosxi user is not able to log into the Core Config Manager to apply new changes, we need to identify if it's a connection issue, or if that user's credentials have been changed.

I think you may need to verify that you didn't somehow delete the nagiosxi user didn't get deleted out of the core config manager

Go to
Configure -> CCM -> Config Manager Admin -> Manage Config Access

Make sure you have a user named nagiosxi and that the user is active.


Additionally, I would attempt again to change the backend password by going to
Admin -> Reset Security Credentials
Enter new password in "New Config Manager Admin Password:"
Click Update Credentials

Yatzee!! that was it. I had changed the nagiosxi user to 'inactive'.
