Does Nagios XI keep a log entry when a host is deleted out of monitoring?
We are using Nagios XI 5.6.1 on 64bit RHEL 7.6 VM's.

Yes, Admin -> Audit Log

Unfortunately, our audit logs do not go this far back (January). So, we were hoping it was in a different log file as well.

Unfortunately this is the only place they are logged.
To prevent this in the future you can increase the Audit Log retention in
Admin -> Performance Settings -> Max Audit Log Age:

Thanks. We already increased the Audit logging to 180 days when we setup the program. I guess we will need to increase it farther.
