Queries and 'show alerts in dashboard' are not loading

Hello There,

I have upgraded our NLS to latest version 2.1.0 and since then when I click on any global query on the home page, it is not loading anything and it keeps spinning for ever.

Same thing happens when I click on "Show alerts in Dashboard" in Alerting window.

I see just a circle spinning without any progress.

Can you PM me your system profile? I'm wondering if something is showing up in the Apache error logs when you try to access queries or alerts.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We verified that this is a bug in NLS v2.1.0. We'll have this fixed for the next release.

WOW, that is going to be tough.

I have to create some queries to enable alerting via "Nagios XI Log Server Wizard" method.

What are my options here?

I can give you a file that should resolve the issue

Unzip the attached and place it in

Looks like only half of the issue is resolved after replacing. I can open Alert in Dashboard, but the Queries, I can still see the circle spinning.

Replaced the Backend.php and recycled services.

Sorry about that, we were specifically looking at the 'show alerts in dashboard', I sent this back to the developers to look at, we will follow up when we have a solution.
