Status information showing critical & status showing unknown

Hi,

We are trying monitor a process with a filter and the Status information showing critical and status showing unknown when is process count is 0.

check_nrpe!check_process!-a process="cmd.exe" "filter=command_line like 'xxx.py'"

One thing to try, put in the whole path the .py file in the command to see if that allows NSCLient++ to get the data is needs to run the check.

I did find this statement on the NSClient++ website that the command line is not always available.
