'show alerts in dashboard' are not loading

Since upgrading from 2.0.8 to 2.1.0 I am no longer able to load the 'show alerts in dashboard' option from the Alerts config page.

When I click on the 'Show alerts in dashboard' the page shows loading but never completes.

We have confirmed this is a bug in 2.1.0, our developers are working to get this fixed for the next release.
