HPEILO monitoring - getting Timeout errors -is it community

Our Nagios HPEILO monitoring is dumping lot of alerts and getting recovery alerts after couple of minutes. When we run from command line,
we are getting following error

[root@nag1 libexec]# ./nagios_hpeilo_engine -H XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX -C IKX1 -o 7
Timeout - Probable Cause might be SNMP Community string is incorrect or not configured.

but after 10/15 secs.

[root@nag1 libexec]# ./nagios_hpeilo_engine -H XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX -C IKX1 -o 7
OK

No issue with firewall

This sounds like a connectivity issue. If you ping the IP address from your Nagios server, let the ping run for 10-20 seconds, and see if there are any dropped packets.
