Cannot apply the configuration anymore - see error

Hi!
For some reason we cannot apply a new configuration anymore. It keeps saying it's because of a contact missing a template, but even if you delete the contact or add templates to it, the configuration will not apply.

We have even tried restarting the services and the server with no luck. Tried restoring to the last recent config with no luck either.

We need to delete a few nodes so this is not something we can keep ignoring. What do you recommend?

Go to Configure > Core Config Manager > Alerting > Contacts > mneal > Edit > Manage Contact Templates, select "xi_contact_generic", click on "Add Selected", "Close", then "Save".

Don't apply configuration yet. Click on the "Config File Management" link under the "Tools" menu on the left, and click on "Write Configs", and "Verify Files".

If you see any errors, post them on the forum. If you don't see any errors, try applying configuration. If this fails too, PM me your latest failed snapshot (colored in red):

CCM > Configuration Snapshots > Download
CCM > Configuration Snapshots > View command output

Hi I do not have anything listed under Tools. How do I get the "Config File Management" link?

You need to go to the Core Config Manager. You can go there by clicking on the "Configure" menu on the top, then selecting "Core Config Manager". You will see the "Tools" menu on the left hand side. The "Config File Management" is listed under the "Tools" menu on the left. This is NOT the "Tools" menu on the top!

Ok i tried that and even the verify part did not report errors, but when I apply the config again it prompts the same issue. I PM the config files, thank you for all your help, we have some clean up to do since we cannot delete or add nodes due to this.
