Logging into Core Config Manager

Post by bdouglass »

I'm unable to access items in the core config manager screen. I seem to log in OK, and the upper-right window shows the configuration user and has a logout link. Unfortunately, every time I click a link on the left-hand menus, I get returned to the CCM login page. I can log into NagioxXI OK, just not CCM.

This is a plain RHEL6 system using the 2011R3.2 source installer.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi, can you please check your System Profile and make sure that the time zones are set to your current time zone?
You may access this through Admin > System Profile.

It was unset, so I put in the appropriate timezone and restarted Apache. Now the system profile shows the correct time, but I still cannot access the CCM.

Can you try holding SHIFT + RELOAD/REFRESH on the CCM page? This will refresh your Javascript. If this does not work try accessing CCM from an alternative browser.

That let to an SSL cert error, which comes from my trying to configure SSL for the web server. I undid that and everything works now.

I''ll go back and revisit what I did wrong with SSL.

Thanks for your help.
