can you point me how to integrate traceroute into nagios ... thanks

Have you tried installing the plugin yet? When you run the plugin from the command line, please post the output errors for us to review. Please note, you may have to install some additional perl packages to be able to run the is program on your system.

still working on it ... i hvae installed the plugins already during the nrpe installation ... do i need to do more on this
