Dear Support
We have renewed NagiosXI Support/Maintenance (Invoice Paid) but still showing
Maintenance Status: Current (Expires in xx days)
Tried with "Update License" button, but same status
Please advice what we have to do?
Please note , our server does not have internet connection (we using with private IP)

Please reach out to [email protected] and provide the last 6 chars of your license key, and request an "Offline Maintenance Key"
Yhey will send you a link to a script and give you a key that can update your expiration date.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem:
My PROD Nagios is wirking fine, my Testinstallation shows me that the maintenance is expired.
I activated the tsstserver today, so now the license is valid, but not maintenance - therefore I cannot upgrade the XI version to the latest release.
What can I do?
