Yes it was working since server was established in environment [last 3-4 years]. There is no changes on Nagios server, but we've upgraded server from 2008 to 2012.
Well now the command is working fine again without any action.

I Don't know exactly about this as I'm using stored exe file in my project shared folder. But probably this is from where we can download check_winfile
