Could you please guide me to install the below mention plugin to our nagios xi server

Most plugins are usually just Perl or Python scripts that can be downloaded from the site, and uploaded via the Manage Plugins page on Nagios XI. This plugin, however, seems quite a bit more in-depth. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot that we can assist with. We might be able to provide some guidance if you get hung up on specific portions of the installation. Fortunately, their documentation seems to be pretty extensive.

My recommendation would be try to compile this plugin on a virtual machine, same Linux distribution and version as the one that Nagios is running on. Once you know the process works you can either try to migrate the plugin to Nagios, or run through the complete process on the Nagios system. But I wouldn't recommend running through the process on your production Nagios instance the very first time.
