Hello,

How Can I change the response time to web page?

I have to configure some command?

I want to received mails only when the web page dont response in a time >= to x seconds.

The thresholds can be changed by altering the command line arguments to the plugin. Usually '-w' sets the warning threshold and '-c' sets the critical threshold. If you don't know what I mean by that or you need more help I'll need to see the relevant sections of your configuration to tell you what to change, including your service and command definitions for the check. Your command definition is probably in a file named commands.cfg, so include that file. Your service definition could be in lots of places, you'll just have to search your configs for it.
