It seems this is fine now. RE-run the wizard and all interfaces rrd''s were created and can see also updates in traffic calculation.

So it something has changed permissions during the upgrade?
And conf.d should be owned by apache:nagios?

A few versions back some modifications needed to be made to how the switch wizard interacts with the the MRTG configs, and the addition of forcing MRTG to run as the nagios user and group. These were necessary to address potential security vulnerabilities.nms wrote:HI,

In most cases, the permissions should have been updated automatically on upgrade, but we have seen a few side cases that have required manula intervention like we have done here.
