Dashboards and reports not loading again
I am once again experiencing the same error when I try to access dashboards and reports. When I click on the dashboard icon or reports all I see is a spinning square that looks like something is trying to load. The screen never progresses beyond this point. My previous thread on this error was closed on December 11 at 5:32pm. I just noticed this error again now at 3:15pm on Dec 17. I am not exactly sure when this problem starting happening again but the time I just listed is when I noticed the error. I have attached a system profile created after I noticed the error as you had stated that I should do.

I'm not seeing anything obvious in this profile. Was the service restarted before/while getting the profile? The profile shows it was restarted at 14:27:59. If the problem is still occurring, please provide the output of the 'top' command.
If you haven't already, I would also recommend upping the memory for php which can prevent pages from loading:

Upping the memory allocated to logstash to do parsing wouldn't hurt either:
