Postfix: 2.10.1
Mod_Gearman: 1.1.12
We recently found that notifications for monitors are not getting sent out from our NagiosXI server. After some investigation we are seeing the notifications message in the log, but none of the notifications are getting into the postfix mailq. We have asked if any patching or changes where done by the Linux team recently and they told us nothing has changed.
We have enabled the Debug Log in NagiosXI, but are unable to locate the logs file which is supposed to be created.
Can we get a remote hands to help get this problem corrected. This affecting our production NagiosXI server.

For the fastest resolution, please open a support ticket for this issue and provide the following information right away.
1. System Profile
2. Database log from the offloaded server ( it will not be in the system profile).
3. Screenshot of your mail settings. Go to Admin > System Config > Email Settings

To download your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
