Recurring downtime not valid for your user account

Post by emartine »

I received the error "The hostgroup you specified is not valid for your user account when attempting to create a recurring downtime schedule." I've tried this with nagios admin and same result. Screenshot attached. Is there something wrong with the parameters I am requesting?

What log should I be looking at to find this error?

I tried /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/recurringdowntime.log but was unable to find anything relevant.

Can you trigger that error once more, and then download a system profile? PM that over to me, and we'll take a look.
