Notifications are sent too frequently

I have the notification interval for a service set to 60 minutes, but the notifications are sent out on average every 12 minutes. I've checked inheritance from templates and can only find one place where the notification interval is set. Is there somewhere else to look to see why the notifications are being sent too frequently?

If you look at the Check Settings Tab in the item "Is volatile" set to on?

Yes it is on in the xiwizard_passive_service template. Should I turn that off?

Yes, when "Is Volitle" is on, it will send every time...

It looks like volatility was the problem. I turned it off a few hours ago and notifications are coming in on schedule. Thanks, Scott.
