is there option to monitor hardware HSM from nagios.

We don't have anything that would monitor HSM "out-of-the-box", however you could try using some of the 3rd party plugins on the Nagios Exchange. I found only 3 "matches" when I searched for HSM:

I am not sure if these will do the job for you. There may be more 3rd party plugins available for download from different then Nagios Exchange websites.

Anyway, once you find the plugin that works from the command line, you can add a new command and a service to Nagios XI by following the steps, outlined in the document below:
