Upgrade NLS to it's latest

Hi

Currently I have NLS 2.0.6 installed. I am planing to upgrade to nls latest.
May I know is there any dependencies when upgrading 2.0.6 to nls latest version directly ? also can we upgrade the nodes offline ? My current nls implementations doesn't have internet access. Do you have a guide to upgrade nls offline ?
