How can i achieve SLA monitoring in XI ?

I'm not sure whether you are the service provider or customer in this case, but you could just use Nagios XI's reporting features to manually check your Service Level Agreement. Otherwise, if you need Nagios to actively check whether your SLA is being upheld, you will probably need a custom solution. What kind of information do you need Nagios to check?
