Is it possible to specify both host and servicegroup at the same time in Availability report. Right now I can select only one of them. My boss wants only some services (servicegroup) for a host to send to customer.

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. As a workaround for now, you will need to create a new service group which only includes services from the desired host.
