Nagios Init file in RHEL7

Post by rajasegar »

This is my first instance in RHEL7.

I noticed there is no more /etc/init.d/nagios
Whatever I put in /etc/sysconfig/nagios does not get executed like in RHEL6.
I had some commands to create nagios specific directories in the ramdisk and set relevant permissions

Please advice where is this init file in RHEL7 and how to get the same behaviour.

Thanks.

RHEL7 uses systemd for the services

There is specific setting for ram disk setup for RHEL7 machine creating a new unit file
