I'm trying to get my service checks to work on my Nagios XI, but they are returning this error in the console:
I then run the command with verbose on the instance and am getting this error:
I am not sure what this error is actually referring to and any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi! Welcome to the forum!
The "incorrect credential" error is that it doesn't like the token that you are presenting to NCPA. A couple reasons why this might happen are,
* The command is getting confused by a special character in the token
* The token was set in ncpa.cfg on the remote server, but the NCPA listener service was not restarted
