Failed upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.6.10

HI. I am trying to update our OVA built 5.3.2 to 5.6.10 from the UI. I ran the upgrade three times from a snapshot but the system still thinks it is at 5.3.2 and the upgrade looks to be hung in the UI but the logs show it completed. I have attached the logs for review. Any ideas on a workaround?

Closing this out since it is a duplicate.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
