HTTP/500 Loading Cluster or Index Status

HTTP/500 Loading Cluster or Index Status

On a functioning LogServer, what would be the most common cause for broken Cluster Status (../admin/cluster) and Index Status (../admin/index_status) pages (loading the pages returns an HTTP 500 error).

All the other site pages (Instance Status, Dashboards, Config, etc) load with no error.

The most common cause and solution is covered in https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=132
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
