Different output from Run Check Command and Status Informati

Hi All,

We are getting different outputs for the same alert.

While we are doing Run Check Command. The output is as follows:

But when we check the Status Information. The output is as follows:

CRITICAL - total server memory 18879488.00kb
=======================================================================

When you press the "Run Check Command" button this does not impact the current status of the existing service, it is run separately in an isolated environment.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Hi All,

Thanks for the update.

This issue was solved. As i have checked for all the hosts the host which we have issue is picking the other host details.

Now i have changed it to the correct one. Now the alert is fine.

We can close this request.
