Monitoring Watchguard FW

Post by maoreyes76 »

Hi..

We used the watchguard wizard before for our M300 firewall and it worked well.
Now we have changed the firewalls to new M370 and the it does not work with the wizard, anyone now why?

Hello @maoreyes76,

Let's run the check command for the M370 firewall directly from the command line to review how it is failing. Post the full command and output to the thread.

Also, here is our guide on how to test a check command in XI from the shell. Let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi...

Thank you for your reply. I found the error it was a
old conf file for this particulary host IP that was still in the system, so no new file was created with the new configuaration for the new firewall.
Thats why the rrd files did not get created. Erased the conf file and runned
the wizard again solved the problem.
