Hello Nagios support
LOG (as well as Fusion and XI) account lookups (by First Last names) are not listed alphabetically, but historically.
How to change that?
- really annoying and hard to find names when there are hundreds of accounts

Where are you looking exactly? I've done a couple tests an things seem to be ordered alphabetically so far. Can you provide a screenshot to clarify?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

This is in user management and more like our issue with account naming convention (sorry, cannot show the list).
Could we make Username/Email "sort by" selection in the next versions?
