Issue HostGroup

Hello everybody!
I have a problem with the hostgroup. I have created an hostgroup but it don't appare in the web insterface, is empty.
The configuration is applyed corretly, don't have displyed any error.
In the nagvis map when i point the mouse on the hostgroup's icon the system display the host correctly in the pop-up.
In the nagios configuration file the hostgroup is present.
What's wrong?

So, you can see the hostgroup in NagVis but not in Nagios XI? Can you clarify? Is this the only hostgroup that you don't see? Can you go to Home > Details > Hostgroup Summary, and show a screenshot of the page? Is your hostgroup visible on that page?
In the nagios configuration file the hostgroup is present.
Can you show us the actual config?

What is the version of Nagios XI that you are currently using?

Are you logged in as nagiosadmin or as another user?

Do you see any errors in the mysqld.log (or mariadb.log)?
