Notifications are not going to a particular mail-group address.

Other contacts are receiving notifications except a single group.

Hello,

Notifications are usually the result of configuration or email settings. While the following guide is for Nagios XI, many of the concepts apply to Nagios Core.

First, check your configurations for the correct settings. Then check the nagios.log to make sure the notification event was generated and the email handlers were triggered.

Then examine the mail log for any errors. If the email was sent to the correct address without error, it could be getting hung up in the spam folder.
