Nagios Exchange help

Post by mbeebe »

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask about Nagios Exchange or not, but I'm going to anyway:

When I try to use the "Contact Owner" link in the Directory, I get a message that say "You must log in to complete this function" (or something to that effect). However, when I enter my credentials for the site, I get "Invalid Token".

Any help?

Hi Mike,

Not a problem, I can look into this for you. Might be an issue with your password string, can you try resetting it and let me know if you're able to login.

I changed my password to no effect. Thank you for looking into this.

Hi Mike,

I've been able to login with my account, so it must be related to the user account or browser. Can you try logging in with another browser such as Firefox or try clearing the cache in your current browser? Thanks.

I've tried with FireFox, Chrome and Edge.

Can you confirm this works for you:

1. Go to this site: https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/P ... th/details

2. Log on

Are you able to log on at that point?
