restart nagios cause every service to recheck

Hi guys

recently upgraded to Nagios Core 4.4.5

when I restarted/reloaded nagios, ale hard states of service are forgotten and all services are scheduled to recheck again. Why is that? In my previus installation it kept hard states between restarts.
it looks like retention.dat is not beeing updated, but why is that? Any ideas? Can provide configuration

Can you post your nagios.cfg file please so we can see, this is not expected behaviour.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
