Hello Nagios support
XI (as well as Fusion and LOG) account lookups (by First Last names) are not listed alphabetically, but historically.
How to change that?
- really annoying and hard to find names when there are hundreds of accounts

Where are you looking exactly? I've done a couple tests an things seem to be ordered alphabetically so far. Can you provide a screenshot to clarify?

It looks like the list is ordered by the date the user was added. I'll put in a feature request for this as well.
