good news!
I opened /usr/local/nagios/etc /nagios.cfg
and changed the line
lock_file=/var/run/nagios.lock
to
lock_file=/usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.lock
and now its working!
you can lock it up

In this case, most probably we will need to do a remote to further troubleshoot the issue. Can you open a new support ticket via our support center?I dont get the error anymore but the profile doesnt download
