State History Reports produce no results

State History Reports produce no results

Hello XI support

Our State History reports produce 0 results (where there should be hundreds)
All cases when running against the service groups

Please help

Can you post some screenshots showing us the steps taken to reproduce.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Please take a look at attached (tried many different groups with obvious WARN/CRIT during the timeperiod in question)

Can yo go to
Admin -> System Config -> Performance Settings -> Databases tab -> NDO Database Section

What is displayed by "Max State History Age:" ?

I just re-looked at your screenshots, and in the bottom image and top image you had "this month" selected. the top images for the state history had nothing in it, and the bottom image showed 100% uptime.

If you had 100% uptime, you wouldn't have anything to show in the state history, it only shows state changes.

I have to disagree (please make this one into a ticket)
- There was NO 100% "OK" and this report meant to show state changes, which it does not!

NONE of the groups with state changes are reported ever since 5.6.10 upgrade (we now cannot get to 5.6.13 - see the other ticket)
