We are unable to see the Graph for CPU / Memory / Swap / Load / Ping / Uptime / Disk Usage through NCPA Plugins.

There are several things that could prevent Nagios XI from properly receiving performance data from a host. First of all, is this a more widespread issue affecting all data sources, or is it just happening to one or two hosts?

Please take a look at the following linked knowledge base articles that outline some common causes of performance graphing issues in Nagios XI.

We may be able to pinpoint certain problems by looking at your Nagios profile. You can download the profile by navigating to System Profile under System Config on the left pane > and clicking the Download Profile button on that page. After you've downloaded the compressed file, send it to us in a private message and reply to this post to bring it up in our queue.
