When I add domain controllers' certificates into nagios log server, certificate expire time display "Tue Jan 20 1970 09:42:53 GMT+0800",but my certificate expire time is "2022/3/20 pm 06:49:41"
how can i fix this problem ?

It appears to have a problem parsing the certificate. Can you send me the public certificate in PM so I can take a look at it and test it?
