NDOUtils and Nagios XI

What is the most stable/best version of NDOUtils to use with Nagios XI?

The reason I ask is that some of our guys had issues deploying NDOutils to Nagios 3.0, we had to go back a couple of versions to get one that worked.

Deploying to Nagios XI 3.0, or Nagios Core 3.0? The current version of ndoutils that we ship with Nagios XI is 1.5.1 + a patch that makes it almost the same as 1.5.2. See the following FAQ for the only currently known issue for the latest version of ndoutils.

We deployed this to our current production and it is working:

Nagios Core 3.2.1
ndoutils-1.4b9

The application team reported issues with NDOutis 1.5

1.4b9 is stable, as is 1.5.2. However, 1.5.x requires tuning the kernel parameters. I'm guess that the issues encountered are the same that are covered in the FAQ posted above.
