what is Deadpool behavior in case the host is back online. is it gonna be removed from deadpool group? or it will be deleted without considering its new state.

A host will not be automatically removed from the deadpool if it recovers from a problem state.
Please refer to the linked document for more information on the logic behind this feature, and the settings that are available for it.

You can, however, delay the amount of time before the deadpool processor completes certain actions, or apply Exclusion Filters for some hosts. I know that's not exactly what you were asking, but I thought it might be useful to know in this case.
