Services disappearing in NagiosXI

I have the same issue.

Can we do a remote session please ASAP.

How to procede?

Lets start with running the following:

service nagios stop
killall -9 nagios
service ndo2db stop
service ndo2db start
service nagios start

Then also read the following to see if this applies to your issue.

What version of Nagios XI are you using?

- Done all the commands. Still not working.
- Review the link. N/A.
- Nagios version : Nagios XI (2011R3.2)

It was working fine last week.
No changes since.
In the Core Config Manager, both the Hosts (69) ans Services (110) seems OK
In the Hosts Details, i see 69, but in Services Details, i see none.
In Dashboards same thing (69 and zero, instead of 69 and 110)

It would be much more efficiant to do a remote session.

When I run command :
service ndo2db stop

It answers :
Stopping ndo2db: head: cannot open '/usr/local/nagios/var/ndo2db.lock' for reading: No such file or directory
Done
