Bulk Modification tool

Currently at Nagios XI 5.6.9. with the bulk modification tool, can the following change to done. I want to change a single configuration option, example: Check interval, for a specific service, example memory usage, for a specific host group example: Windows test servers. can this be accomplished with this tool.
If a server (that is in a different group) is listed in the specific service to be change, which is not part of the selected group, will it also change that option for that service?

You would need to put the services in a servicegroup and then select the servicegroup in the bulk modifications tool. It won't let you change services by hostgroup. It will allow you to change hosts by hostgroup or change services by servicegroup.

The bulk modifications tool changes will overwrite what is currently on the hosts/services.

This post can be locked. I created servers groups and perform the bulk modifications as needed.
