I apologize - I had updated the documentation, but we did not communicate that. In the updated documentation I recommend downloading the RPM dependencies from http://www.perzl.org/aix/. I considered including the RPMs in the tarball, but all I would have done is to include the perzl.org RPMs, which would have introduced maintainability issues. It is not possibly eliminate all dependencies by statically linking binaries since a number of the plugins are scripts which call the binaries in some of the dependencies.
