NCPA install Automation for Windows servers

Hi,

I've few questions regarding NCPA and here are the questions.

1) Are there any automation scripts for Windows like Linux Ansible scripts to install,register and configure alerts?
2) Is possible NCPA GUI configured alerts to show up and Nagios Xi dashboard?
3) Could you setup a conference call to go through our NagiosXi configuration?

1) There are some silent install options available: https://www.nagios.org/ncpa/getting-sta ... nt-install
2) Can you clarify a bit more/provide a screenshot of exactly what in the NCPA interface you'd like to see as a dashboard in XI? I don't think what you want will be possilbe but if I can get details I can confirm or at least file a feature request.
3) We don't typically set up remotes to go over a config but if you have any specific questions or problems we can help with that.

Thanks for the update.

So, no scripts are available to automate the NCPA installation on Windows?

We are having many issues with our existing Nagios Xi like template drop down not working, check_nrpe error, Nagios Xi showing up as host down where it's not the case, contacts templates not working.

To go through all the issues, could we have a call please?

No, we don't have a install script for Windows environments to provide.

I don't see phone support associated with your account but if this is incorrect then please give us a call(https://www.nagios.com/contact/) and have the last 6 characters of your license available so we can confirm phone support and we'll be able to assist.
