Hi Guys,
We encountered that Critical Alert in Nagios did not trigger ticket in ServiceNow, this happened only for 1 specific host service.
see attached Image for the alert settings. Any Idea, Thank you

HI Höegh,
This could be in the configurations, did you verify that this service has the ServiceNow user ( contact) assigned to it. It looks like there is just one contact in the image unless this user is part of a contact group.
Also, it would be good to verify that the service did actually entre a HARD non-OK state and at what time to check the logs. You can find this out by running a State History report and filtering on this specific host and service.
If you are not sure about the configurations, just send me the system profile and the exact name of the service and I'll take a look.
