Dear Expert

In NagiosXi Home Operations Center, there is option to select Host , Group , Service State

Can you please add the period as below
Blank (all unacknowledged alerts from day one)
1 hour
2 hours
4 hours
8 hours
1 day
3 days
1 week
2 weeks
1 month
3 months
1 year

we have 100s of HOSTs and 10000s of SERVICEs, we keep eyes always on the alerts but if get older, we want not to show as we are following those alerts in a different manner. Yes we know if ACKNOWLEDGE will disappear but we don't want that, we want to show for some user and don't want to show some user, user will select period, assume he selected 2 hours, then older than 2 hours will not show to that user as its handled by someone, so he is in very very relax mood if screen is empty (no alerts from last 2 hours).

also many many times we have informed you that without Display_Name we could not survive, please bring this hidden DISPLAY_NAME everywhere in front.....plz plz plz....listen to us.

I submited an internal feature request on your behalf for adding timeperiod filters and DISPLAY_NAME to the Operations Center. Please keep in mind that the decision to implement the enhancement is at the discretion of our development team. Thank you!

Display names are currently shown in XI under the Host/Service Status pages. You would need to click on the username in the upper-right corner, and select the appropriate check-boxes under the "Account Preferences" section.

Display names are not shown in the CCM, so I filed an internal feature request for adding this functionality. I also added a feature request for including the "UP/DOWN since time" option. We may implement this in XI 6, provided there is enough interest from other users.

Please provide all as a additional info, currently whatever is there in NagiosXI , please keep it, in your black screenshot, showing word "replace", plz provide additional column with customize option as a permanent or as on fly (user has control to check option to display the additional column or not), plz don't replace any existing feature/column info....we asked all as a additional feature.

Can you plz make sure DISPLAY_NAME as a separate Column, should not embedded in Port_Description in the WIZARD : Network Switch/Router
Wizard Name : Monitor a Network Switch or router
Configuration Wizard: Network Switch / Router - Step 2
