Ad Import limitation

Hey guys.
When I go to ADmin/management/user management/add userser from Ldap/AD/
typye in my username and pasword
then browse the lists of users in AD, I run into a problem.
we have thousands of users in AD but I cant search for any of them and event though the list is long, it stoppd at the users whose lat name starts with "D" i cant import users whose last name starts with anything past that:

There are two options - increase the number of users that can be returned(done on the DC) or add the users manually. External users can be added manually in NLS by going to Admin > Management > user Management, click Create User. Then fill out the Details, External Authentication, and Permissions tab accordingly. On the External Authentication tab select the external Auth Type, AD server, and enter the AD username.
