Hello,
I can't seem to find an answer to this: is Nagios XI using GSM-7 encoding for SMS alerts?
If not, is there any way to circumvent this limitation?

Re: GSM-7 in SMS alerting
Hi Mike,
Text messages in Nagios XI are sent using the email to text message feature provided by the carrier. The outgoing email would be encoded by the email gateway, I would recommend reaching out to your carrier to see if those settings can be adjusted.
I hope that helps and let us know if you have further questions.
